We are going into a massive expansion. The expansion will be both energizing and exciting and also deep and wide. Things buried deep inside you will rise to the surface to be released. These can come in the forms of emotion - grief, anger, misery; energetic - heavy, depletion, dark; physical - illness, injuries, physical discomfort and pain. There will also be very fond memories and feelings that arise, joy, laughter, connection. All that is rising to the surface is here to be felt, experienced again, integrated. There’s really nothing to do here, except to be with what is.

Whatever you are currently working with will be amplified. If you are creating something, it will be expanding. Let it be messy, disorganized, chaotic, it will sort itself and get organized over time. Follow whatever comes up, out of order, without all the tools you think you need, with what you have. This is the version. The iteration. Whether it be the first or third or hundredth iteration, there are things that are in place and neat and tidy, and also a level of unearthing, disorganization, not in the right order, all of it is required for creation.

This cycle is 3 - 6 months, with some ebb and flow but definitely feels like it is stretching you fairly continuously. You are at the edges and there is an ebb and flow here, it is just more subtle than you are used to experiencing.
